Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hash Data Technologies Corp. (“Hash”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit hashservices.ai, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or use the Hash platform.

1. Who we are

Hash Data Technologies Corp., a corporation (sociedad anónima) organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama, provides an AI-ready data platform and managed data services, including the Hash Cloud data layer, Hash Sentinel data-quality monitoring, and Data Stream ingestion. This policy covers our marketing website at hashservices.ai (the “Website”) and the Hash application at app.hashservices.ai (the “Platform”).

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@hashservices.ai.

2. The information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and demo requests. When you submit our contact form or request a demo, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the type of inquiry, and the contents of your message.
  • Scheduling. When you book a call through our scheduling link, you provide your name, email, and meeting details to our scheduling provider.
  • Newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address along with the date of subscription and the source of the sign-up.
  • Platform accounts. If you access the Platform, we (through our authentication provider) collect account information such as your name, work email, and single sign-on identity.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how the Website is used — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors navigate. This tool does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
  • Device and log data. Our servers and hosting provider automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and user-agent, referring pages, and access timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookies section below.

Customer Data processed on the Platform

When a customer uses the Platform, Hash processes business data that the customer connects or uploads (for example, data from SAP or other ERP systems). This “Customer Data” may include personal information about the customer’s own employees or contacts. For that data, the customer is the data controller and Hash acts as a data processor under our customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement. Customers retain ownership of, and billing responsibility for, their own underlying data-warehouse account (for example, their ClickHouse service). This Privacy Policy governs Hash’s own processing; the handling of Customer Data is governed by the applicable customer contract.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide demos, and communicate with you.
  • Send newsletters and product updates where you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Platform.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the rights and safety of Hash and our users.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where required by applicable data-protection law (such as the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, newsletter subscriptions); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services and responding to your requests; performance of a contract when we provide the Platform to you; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, and only as needed to run our business. These include providers of:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure;
  • Website usage analytics;
  • Transactional and marketing email delivery;
  • Newsletter list storage;
  • Meeting scheduling;
  • Authentication and identity management for the Platform;
  • Cloud data-warehouse infrastructure.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International data transfers

Hash operates internationally, and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to maintain your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe, to service and support customer relationships, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@hashservices.ai. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies needed to run the Website and remember your preferences. Our website analytics is privacy-friendly and cookieless, and does not track you across other sites. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Website functions.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Website and Platform are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Website or Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
